Terms and Conditions

The Rent Schedule is as follows:

1. Rent due on the first of each month.

2.$2950 for up to two unrelated tenants (or Families

3. Rent is $350 additional for 3 unrelated tenants

4. $250 non-refundable fee for background check, Keys, Trash Bins

5. $1000 Deposit due before Move in along with 1st months Rent.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Early Termination with 60day Notice will incur a charge of 75% of remaining lease period.
• Renters Insurance required with Ronald Robinson Trust as additional insured
• No Pets Unless Approved by owner.
• One Year and Two Year Lease Available
• Owner May Terminate the lease with 30 days notice with or without cause
• In the event of a dispute over the terms of the lease, tenants agree to binding arbitration.
